The Law Firm of Cindy S. Vova, P.A. has represented prospective parents for nearly 20 years. From our initial contact with the prospective parents, to the delivery of the child into the loving arms of the baby’s new mother and father, until the festive day when the Final Judgment of Adoption is signed by the Judge, our firm is committed to the process and with you 100 percent of the way, taking as much of the stress out of your hands, and making the process as exhilarating as possible. Our firm endeavors to take as much of the stress out of your hands during the adoption process, and make the experience as exhilarating as possible. In a third party adoption, as in all adoptions, there are specific procedures required by the courts in order to consummate a legally binding adoption. Although the procedures may seem complex to a prospective parent, with the assistance of the Law Firm of Cindy S. Vova, P.A., we guide you flawlessly through the process so that you can focus your attention around the outfit for the baby to wear for homecoming and the color you want for the child’s room. Of course, there are other concerns during the adoption, and the law Firm of Cindy S. Vova, P.A. helps guide you through each step to ensure that all necessary legal procedures are met, from the health background of the biological parents to the mother’s prenatal care, from obtaining the necessary parental consents to preparing for the day the child comes home, our firm is with you throughout the process. Similarly, if you are pregnant, and know that, at this time in your life, another family could better provide for your child’s emotional, physical and economic needs, then the Law Office of Cindy S. Vova, P.A. can provide you with compassionate care and understanding, and refer you to individuals who may help you decide if placing your child for adoption is the right decision for you. Our philosophy means giving you access to the resources so that, whatever your final decision, you make an informed decision regarding your child’s future. Should you determine that placing the child for adoption is the right course, we will work with you to ensure that your child’s future home promises all the love and laughter, harmony and happiness that you desire for the child. Please feel free to call us or email us if you are considering placing a child for adoption. Of course, all communications are strictly confidential. In addition to third party adoptions, the Law Firm of Cindy S. Vova, P.A. helps step parents, who have established loving bonds with their step children, bridge the legal gap to remove the term "step," and unite a family. Provided consent is given or waived, (or uncontested) by the other parents, a stepparent adoption is a relatively quick procedure. With stepparent adoptions you become the legal parent of the child, which includes obtaining a new birth certificate listing you as the parent, giving the child your surname, if applicable, participating, along with your spouse, in all major decisions affecting the child and jointly assuming legal responsibility for the health, safety and welfare of the child. We also handle close relative adoptions, and when all criteria are met, and again, with the proper consents, these adoptions are accomplished in an expedited and cost efficient process. Call or email the Law Office of Cindy S. Vova, P.A. to find out more about how we can help you complete your family through adoption. |
